The Mindful Leader Retreat



Learn valuable mindfulness strategies for leading youth, teenagers, adults

This weekend retreat offers participants the opportunity to establish and deepen their own formal and informal mindfulness practice through:

  • Mindful eating

  • Mindful walking

  • Sitting meditation

  • Yoga Classes

  • Guided relaxation

  • Reflective journal

Participants will learn the basic components of the “Attention in Action” curriculum that includes:

  • Mindful Moves

  • Brain and Body Basics

  • Super Senses

  • Breathin’ and Chillaxin

  • Nurture Nature

Sessions: Friday 6:00pm-Sunday 3:00pm
