By focusing on our own self-development, we impact the growth and awareness of all of our family members. Learn and refine techniques that foster greater emotional stability, attentiveness and self-regulation skills. Integrate strategies to create meaningful relationships with all family members. Share ways to enhance the many joys of parenting, grand parenting, “brothering” and “sistering” by focusing on living in the present moment.
This workshop is suitable for adults of all ages.
